Sharing & hosting
This is a single self-contained file. Anyone who opens it sees the calendar and flex tracker. Turn on Edit mode (top right of the Schedule tab) to add or change events; click any day to edit it.

To make it truly live & multi-user (recommended)
So Milla and Genevieve all edit the same shared copy, the page needs a tiny server endpoint to store the data. The easiest option when you host on your JA Capital site: drop a small data.php next to this file. The page auto-detects it and switches to live shared mode.
Set the sync URL here (leave as data.php if you use the file below), then reload:
A ready-to-use data.php and setup instructions are in the README file delivered alongside this dashboard. Put both files in a password-protected folder on your site and you're done.
